Biography :
Dr. Beata Schlichtholz is a biomedical researcher at the Medical University of Gdansk, whose work focuses on cancer biology, particularly p53, anti-p53 autoantibodies, microsatellite instability, cancer metabolism, and epigenetics. She has made significant contributions to the understanding of lipid metabolism and methylation-driven mechanisms in bladder cancer progression. Her research integrates molecular biology, biochemistry, and computational pathway analysis to investigate the metabolic reprogramming in cancer. Her current work extends these interests to metabolomic profiling in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and autoinflammatory diseases.
